My stay in the Double Lux Room was absolutely delightful! The gorgeous views of the Tatra mountains from my balcony made every morning feel magical. I couldn't get enough of the delicious meals. the venison goulash was a standout, marking a dining experience that truly elevated my stay.

We had a grand time! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the lovely trout. The little relaxation area with good music was spot on after our hikes. Just a pity about the massage room. it could do with a bit more coziness. But overall, a mighty experience!

Beautiful mountain views throughout the hotel.

The dining experience was severely lacking, with a breakfast buffet that offered empty dispensers and poorly cooked scrambled eggs. We also encountered a significant issue with housekeeping, as our bed linens were not changed during a six-night stay despite daily tips left for the staff. the general atmosphere was quite unwelcoming. staff were rarely friendly, adding to the disappointment of our visit.

We had an incredible stay for 12 days in a spacious Double Lux Room with breathtaking views of the Tatra mountains. The meals were a highlight, especially the fresh trout and venison goulash, which we found ourselves craving even after trying different restaurants. The peaceful atmosphere and the nearby mountain river added to our enjoyment, making our walks truly memorable. the lack of daily cleaning and air conditioning in the room was a bit disappointing.

Very nice, clean hotel with a great poolside snack bar. wished the wellness area was warmer.

Breakfast and dinner featured a variety of dishes, although drinks were overpriced. The spa was well-maintained and provided a great escape, though the towel policy was a bit unusual. Nature surrounding the hotel was breathtaking, enhancing the overall ambiance.

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like a pool, spa, restaurant, and ski storage. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with a wake-up call. I recommend trying the restaurant meals. they're outstanding!
